Regional and International experience:

For most of the last 20 years Ntombi has been at the helm of various local and regional organisations that support financial literacy and enterprise development, particularly to emerging entrepreneurs and small scale farmers in the Southern African Development Community. Ntombi advocates a savings-based model and transparency throughout the value chain, together with mentoring, financial training, and assisting with access to finance and access to market.
